Sensual Star Wars babe Natalie Portman has feelings for other women. The some actress who plays Senator Amildala in Attack Of The Clones announced that, although she has never explored her lesbian fantasies, she would not rule it out. The sexy stunner, who once dated Moby, claimed that although her personality is more compatible with men she wouldn't want to close herself off to girl only action. She says, "I've never dated a woman or anything like it. But I think it's much more the person that you fall in love with and why would you close yourself off to 50-per-cent of people?"
Hmm...interesting...(to say the least).

TEASER FOR THE TWO TOWERS ARRIVES - It maybe 176 days and 10 hours until The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers is released in theaters worldwide but some folks in Russia (of all places) have gotten their hands on the new trailer for the film. The trailer, which is breathtaking to say the least (but not as cool as the preview that followed FOTR), will be viewable on the big screen starting with Men in Black 2 which is released nationwide on July 3rd. Rumour also has it that a teaser trailer to Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines will also show in front of Men in Black 2. Wow, it's going to be a fun Fourth of the July at the movies.

THE REPORT ON MINORITY, DARK SAVANT STYLE - It's been five days since I saw Spielberg’s latest and I still haven't got a firm grasp on how I feel about it. I know I liked, but I certainly didn't love it. I don't think it was anywhere near the level that A.I. was (my friend Ben at work almost had a heart attack when I told him that). Still Minority Report was a good film it just lacked the certainly qualities to make it a great picture. As often happens in these cases I'm going to rely on others to say what I cannot.
Those I admire in life have always been the ones who do what I cannot. Those who can express clearly the ideas I hold but sometimes lack the words for. People who have a stronger hold on the worldview I possess or want to possess. One of these people has always been my Internet acquaintance Dark Savant (it's an indication of our relationship that I do not know his real name). I meet Savant through the now defunct Virtual Producer game. At that time I admired his humor and clarity of thought. He could often express things about film and life that I wanted too but could never find the perfect words for. He could. And he's done it again with his review of Minority Report. Also entitled "Why Hollywood Should Swallow Their Pride Wad and Let Terry Gilliam Show the World How To Produce Cocaine From Over-The-Counter Products," it's a perfect dissection of Spielberg and his work on Minority Report.
I disagree with Savant on only one point in his review. I think Spielberg has gone to dark places before, in Schindler's List. List and A.I. are my favorite Spielberg films. If you view those films alone you would not recognize him as the director of such popcorn fare as Jurassic Park and E.T. In those two films Spielberg sheds the innocence of his other films and takes us to, as Savant states, "the darker, scarier places of moviemaking that Terry Gilliam lives in.”
