DUDE, SKIPPY PB LIKE RULES! - The New York Mets (73-79), have a payroll over 100 million dollars and are in last place in the NL East when they were expected to contend for a pennant. So why is this? It turns out they are all potheads! I love the picture of reliever Grants Roberts takin a hit from a bong. Classic role model stuff!
Met's Manager Bobby Valentine responded by saying, "I've seen signals, but nothing definitive." Bobby your going to see something definitive this season when they can your ass. You just couldn't get in done, sorry boss.
To sneak the pot around in the clubhouse and on the road Mets players apparently use Peanut Butter jars and, "They leave about a half inch to an inch of peanut butter on the outside wall and then they just throw the bag inside the peanut butter." Thanks for the tips guys but maybe if you spent as much time focusing on you hitting skills as you do transporting illegal drugs your team wouldn't be a laughing disgrace (not to mention finishing in dead last place in the NL East).

STROLL THROUGH THE STATS - These are the last ten searchs from search engines that clicked through to this little site:
live journal - I guess this person had never heard of www.livejournal.com so they searched for it. All they came across was some references to my friend, Senor Weird's, journal. mexican wolf - Are there wolfs in Mexico? I don't think so, so why are people searching for something about them on the internet? Weird things out there. congressman expeled - Can you say school project? This site is actually the #1 return for this search topic. Let's hope these kids are reading about James Traficant. MaxiVision 48 - A very cool new film projection system. Whoever this searcher is I like them already. citizenryan.8m.com - Someone always uses this search and Earthlink to find this site. You would think they would a)realize there search could be put into any Address Bar to take them directly to the site or b) just bookmark the damn site! Either way I'm glad to have ya here. :) Adam vinetari - The guy won the Super Bowl and I mentioned the guy in passing once and he brings searches to my site. Strange how the world is connected like that. "SenorWeird" - This search was done my Senor Weird himself so before you start thinking that the he's got big fans out there think again. :) He told me he was quite surprised to find the Google search list my site ahead of his own! VIN DEISEL+XXX+MOVIE+FUR+COAT - Wow! Who in the world really wants to know what kind of animal Vin was wearing in that movie? Get a life, pal, I'm sorry. Danny Boyle 28 Days Later - This chap got taken to a fun little post I did giving a sneak peak the upcoming movie 28 Days. I think that was what he was looking for. Hope he got the info he was looking for. pics of Barry Bonds hitting a home run - No pics of the greatest baseball player alive to be found here. But I will give your man all the credit in the world for being the finest man to play the game in half a century.
I started this little column a few weeks ago and got a some nice emails talking about how funny it was to see these searchs listed. I can only imagine what some larger blogs get for searchs. I mean mine has only been around half a year and the huge number of subjects and people I've covered draw at least 5 - 10 search queries a day out of the average of 25 - 30 vistors I recieve here every day. It's all in good fun anyway, hope you enjoy.
My last IM conversation: SenorWeird: hey man Revivltown: sup? SenorWeird: nuthin'. you? Revivltown: bloggin' SenorWeird: ...true

QUOTE OF THE DAY - "Trials, temptations, disappointments -- all these are helps instead of hindrances, if one uses them rightly. They not only test the fibre of a character, but strengthen it. Every conquered temptation represents a new fund of moral energy. Every trial endured and weathered in the right spirit makes a soul nobler and stronger than it was before." - James Buckham

QUOTE OF THE DAY - "Live your life each day as you would climb a mountain. An occasional glance towards the summit keeps the goal in mind, but many beautiful scenes are to be observed from each new vantage point." -- Harold B. Melchart
